A Note About Product Safety
As a member of the Toy Industry Association, our company pledges that it will endeavor to adhere to the principles contained in the Association’s MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT in its business affairs and will encourage conformance with the principles by all of its employees.
Regarding Product Safety, we pledge to market only products that comply with applicable safety standards, exercise due diligence in regard to the safety of its products, and take effective action to assure the safety of consumers when necessary.
JamboKids conducts independent product safety testing on its products.
Our products are tested extensively for tension strength, flammability, contaminants, and other features to ensure that they are safe for children ages 3 and up. For our products released in October 2007, test results indicate that our 100% polyester fabric dolls meet or exceed the requirements when tested in accordance with the Federal Hazardous Substances Act 16 CFR Sub-Chapter 11, paragraph 1500.44 of the Consumer Product Safety Commission per ASTM F-963.
